The room was nice. Looks cozy. It was designed well. I believe everything was prepared, from the slippers, iron, and some other amenities. We loved the internet connection, fast, and easy to connect. It’s good for people doing online work.
The aircon needs replacement. The room is not cooling at all. We were not able to sleep well. Thankful there’s a ceiling fan that helped us feel better during our stay. The bidet is too strong, the pressure needs adjustment. Lol.
Lastly, the customer service needs to be improved, we had a hard time contacting the owner during check in. We went to Tower 1 when it was supposedly Tower 4. Additional details need to be added in the room description to avoid this. Also, need some shading on the windows as the sun directly hit the bed during the morning. We would like to book again as long as the aircon has been replaced and curtains improved.
