Apto super aconchegante, com tudo que precisávamos. Localização ótima também, pois é perto do metro, o que facilita muito a locomoção. Internet muito boa, e aquecedores potentes.
A porta tem um delay para abrir, tivemos que digitar a senha 2 a 3 vezes quando íamos entrar. E a água do chuveiro ficava fria muito rapido.

Cleanliness, air conditioning, quiet place near the metro (within 5 minutes). If you want to sleep here and have breakfast in front of the apartment in the morning, it is a very nice place. Pizza takeaway about 4 minutes walk. Lidl less than 10 minutes. We did not meet the host, we received the keys and instructions on how to open the apartment electronically.
It was not very comfortable for 4 people. After unfolding the unstable sofa, there was very little space in the apartment. The first night we left food in the kitchen. In the morning there were small ants in it. Then we put everything in the fridge and the ants completely disappeared, it did not disturb our stay anymore.

La comunicación con los anfitriones fue perfecta desde el primer momento.
Check-in súper sencillo y sin complicaciones, es autónomo pero está super bien explicado y pudimos llegar a la hora que queríamos.
El Apartamento impecable, exactamente igual que en las fotos y muy limpio.
Ubicación en el barrio de Fuencarral con fácil acceso a todo Madrid.
El apartamento es tal como se describe no muy grande pero suficiente y limpio. Hay que saber que no estás muy céntrico pero puedes llegar a Madrid centro en menos de 20 minutos. Es una zona tranquila, y por este precio es ideal.
