Cosy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom unit ideally located for a weekend getaway to Esperance. The fully furnished unit includes a combined bathroom and laundry.
Benefit from the convenience of being able to walk down to the beach every morning for an enjoyable walk or a quick dip in the ocean.
Located only 380 meters to the Castletown Shopping Centre and just 250 meters away from Castletown Beach.
Bedroom 1 - a double bed. Bedroom 2 - two single beds. Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Small enclosed front and back yards.
Whole property is accessible to the guests.
An easy reference manual will be located in the kitchen & a lock-box will allow you the ease of allowing yourself into the property.

Ideally located and within walking distance of the IGA Express, liquor store and some take-away shops.
There is also plenty of playgrounds around this area to keep your kids entertained if you don`t want to go down to the beach.
The Three Palms Apartments is situated 450 meters to IGA Express and only 2.9 km to town centre where you can enjoy a stroll along our beautiful foreshore.
There is car rentals available in town through Avis Car Rental & Bikes and even scooters for hire in town to help you get around.

Location is great, affordable flat.

Property is old and dated but comfortable. Bathroom particularly the shower needs some work. A really good clean and new grouting. It wasn’t pleasant to shower with black marks in the corner.
