Unfortunately, it was a stressful vacation. :(

The location of the house was very good, and the bed linens, etc., were generally clean. There’s a taxi stand right in front of the building, and it’s directly on one of the most famous streets. There are nice restaurants and dessert places nearby. The host arranged two cars for us from the airport for an additional fee, which was very convenient for us. The small enclosed balcony was also nice. I’m trying to keep my rating relatively high because of the host’s quick communication and problem-solving attitude, but I can say it was the most stressful vacation I’ve ever had.

During our 10-day stay, we had many issues with the house. However, I would like to mention that the host was very responsive and quick to find solutions. The air conditioner needed repair, the washing machine broke down, the door got jammed, the toilet got clogged and had to be fixed… of course, these kinds of things can be quite frustrating during a holiday. The windows were very heavy and hard to close once opened. There were also at least 10 flights of stairs, so anyone who has difficulty with that should take it into consideration. The dishwasher wasn’t working either, and there was no detergent, but we washed the dishes by hand since there was detergent for that. In my opinion, the apartment is suitable for 4 people, not 5, because the sofa in the living room isn’t comfortable for a long stay. The shower cabin door also wouldn’t close properly.

Excellent apartment to explore Pristine downtown

Nice apartment in the very central location, straight on the pedestrian walking area of Pristine. Apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, furniture is good and convenient. The host is very helpful and nice!

There is no elevator in the building, which at the end is not a big issue.

My stay at Central Square Apartments in Prishtina was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the heart of the city, steps away from Mother Teresa Square, charming cafés, vibrant nightlife, and all the major attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished. It felt cozy and elegant at the same time. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable (a big plus!), and the kitchen had everything I needed for a short or long-term stay. What truly made the experience special was the host. Warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything — from local recommendations to transport arrangements. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay perfect. Whether you're visiting Prishtina for business, leisure, or a bit of both, I can’t recommend Central Square Apartments enough. I’m already planning my next trip and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!

Prima plek om korte periode te verblijven in Pristina.

Locatie perfect. Goede ligging direct in het centrum. Duidelijke instructies over de check-in van de verhuurder. Fijn dat de accommodatie over aparte kamers beschikt. Ondanks ligging in het centrum weinig/geen last van de drukte.

Voorzieningen in de badkamer kunnen beter. Slordige afwerking. Douchecabine heeft veel vieze randen, jammer en niet nodig. Geen gordijnen op de slaapkamers waardoor er erg veel licht binnenkomt in de ochtend. De waterkoker is erg vies van binnen.

Sehr angenehm, vor allem die Lage und die kleinen Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.

Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und rasch möglich, die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt, Balkone, von denen aus ein schöner Blick über die innenstadt möglich ist. Frühstückscafés unten am Platz, daneben ein Park, in dem wir unseren Hund ausführen konnten. Die Wohnung war angenehm, geräumig und sauber, alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
