About this house rental
A wooden house with 120 m² of living space is located directly in the recreation area. The light-flooded extension offers a view of the wild natural garden. The unobstructed view of the adjoining woodland invites you to go on extended excursions at any time of year. Absolute silence and a deep dark starry sky, away from electrosmog and light emissions, make this place ideal for meditation, seminars or pleasant conversations with friends and family.
**The accommodation**
The living room with fireplace, underfloor heating, tiled floor and open kitchen with 4-burner gas stove in romantic style invites you to a healthy and relaxed life in the wooden house. Here you can enjoy deep, relaxed sleep and intense, pleasant dreams - a treat for body, mind and soul. The accommodation offers a corner bath with massage jets, a shower upstairs and a guest WC with shower downstairs. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed and another bedroom with a double bed. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed next to the kitchen and living room. The living room has a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a large couch (1.20 m x 1.90 m). You also have space to bring your own camp beds and travel cots.
**Leisure facilities**
Just 100 meters away is a sand playground with slide, climbing equipment, swings, boccia court, table tennis table, soccer pitch, basketball hoop and more. Children can let off steam there safely and freely.
The house is easily accessible, only 5 minutes from the highway and 35 minutes from Berlin. It is close to several lakes: Strehlesee (400 m), Bauernsee (300 m) and Bernsteinsee (2.5 km). Here you can go “forest bathing”, pick mushrooms, meditate or practice yoga in a forest clearing. Commercial bathing facilities are also available, such as the Amber Lake with turquoise water and a fine sandy beach, which is particularly popular for beach volleyball.
For water sports enthusiasts, the surf lane (5 km) is perfect, while the 18-hole Prenden Golf Club (1 km) offers golf courses, a restaurant and activities for the family. The neighboring village of Klosterfelde has supermarkets, an ice cream parlor and a sports forum with swimming pool and gym.
**House purpose and events**
The “Haus Prenden” hosts classical music master classes as part of a foundation project. Music professors teach their international students here and hold a concert at the end. It is also suitable for working groups, company or project companies. With fast Internet, LAN, WLAN and a color laser printer, you have all the technical requirements at your disposal.
We offer flat-screen TVs with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video, but the natural surroundings are so idyllic and quiet that you'll want to enjoy the birdsong and the sound of the forest.

Celebrations are allowed, but please within reason. We have a barbecue and a fireplace. Check online in advance whether open fires are permitted on that day. Strict regulations apply.
The Barnim-Uckermark region offers regular events. The Easter or midsummer bonfire on the sports field is a highlight. Bicycles, canoes and boats can also be hired and fishing licenses can be purchased.
