The locale boasts amenities letting you experience the Gulf coast like never before. Take a 3-minute walk to experience the sugary white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf, then return to take a swim in the lagoon pool with swim-under waterfall, or unwind in the hot tub. Three public golf courses, tennis courts, putt-putt and a 123-boat marina awaits your enjoyment.

Professionally decorated with high-end coastal furnishings (ALL NEW in March 2022). Kick back, relax and catch a game or watch a movie on the massive 65" screen Smart TV or Blu-ray/DVD player.
KITCHENETTE - DINING
The kitchenette boasts new granite countertops (set in March 2022). Equipped with microwave, toaster, dinnerware (silverware, plates, cups, glasses), and an upscale glass front beverage center for keeping drinks and snacks cold. Dining area includes a table for two.
BED & BATH
A comfortable king bed with hotel-quality linens and blackout drapes promises a restful uninterrupted night's sleep. The bathroom is configured with a combination bathtub and shower.
PATIO
Relax on the large private patio having your morning cup of 'Joe' to prepare for a fun-filled day. When returning you can sip on an evening drink and relax and unwind in a resort style lounge chair.
OUTDOOR AREA AND AMENITIES
A 4300 sq. ft. heated lagoon pool with waterfall (seasonally heated), hot tub and kiddie pool, Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally) promise fun for all. Free parking is provided for one car. WiFi, community grilling, picnic area, community laundry facilities, luggage carts and a fitness center overlooking the pool. Make sure to catch the sunset on Luau's Sunset Deck located on the 11th floor of Luau II which offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf coast and Choctawhatchee Bay.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is at 4 p.m. - check-out is at at 10 a.m. This Studio is equipped with a keyless entry system that makes check-in a breeze; no keys, no front desk, no worries if arriving late. You go directly to the unit anytime after 4 p.m. of the check-in day and use your assigned door code that has been generated for your stay. Early check-in or late check is rarely possible during peak season (May through October) due to housekeeping preparing for the upcoming guest to check-in that afternoon.

The Luau is located in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® which is a gated community with 24/7 controlled entrance. Our custom door lock offers contactless check-in with a door code generated just for your stay.
