Although our complaint was resolved …we still have concern that the proprietors were happy to let the room when they knew that it was not up to standard. For that reason I feel compelled to say approach staying here with caution. Ask the right questions and ask to view the room before committing if you can. I wish the owners well with addressing the self-identified issues.

Unfortunately this motel wasn’t very clean when we entered. Right off the bat there was an odd odour lingering in the room, and not even air fresheners could help with the smell. The room service was absolutely terrible. We would ask for extra towels, toilet paper, coffee sachets etc and would receive it an hour later or not even at all sometimes. We had to go out to the supermarkets to purchase extra toilet paper, coffee etc as we got so tired of calling and asking staff. We stayed for 6 nights, and not once was our room tidied or cleaned, bedsheets were never changed. Soap, shampoo, conditioners were never topped up. We had to ask to top up these things by phoning the motel ourselves. Our first day, the staff was very attentive but afterwards it seemed that the entire motel was vacant and they couldn’t be bothered tending to us when we called. Sadly, I would not recommend this motel.

I was pleased with the staff and my requests. However the room had a very strong smell coming out from the carpet. Whilst the facilities were good I didn't quite enjoy the overall experience. It is value for money but maybe consider changing the carpet or getting rid if the unpleasant smell in the room.

Mouse dirt,no coffee or tea, bathroom heater nearly set on fire when turned on , no mirror ,room. Key didn't work ect ect would definitely not recommend
