    Walking distance to the center, the market, the pub street, etc. The staff will go the extra mile for you. They arranged the tours/activities and transportation at a very reasonable price.

    I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was considering there were sky bars really close by. The staff is super friendly. The room was small, but comfortable. The only negative is the bathroom was tiny and the showerhead was almost on top of the vanity so when you took a shower, the vanity got soaking wet as well so you can’t leave anything there that you don’t want to get covered in soapy water.. however there was plenty of hot water, which was very nice and the floor had a no nonslip tiles, which was nice considering everything was wet. It was a comfortable stay.

    My recent experience at Lotus Haven Villa was exceptional due to the help and aid of the managers. I recently had an experience where I forgot and left my wallet on top of an ATM machine at the ABA bank across the street. The owners and staff were gracious enough to retrieve the wallet for me, and were extremely kind enough to drop off the wallet for me all the way in Phnom Penh! (six hour drive away!) Whenever travelling thru Siem Reap I will be sure to stay at Lotus Haven Villa due to the most kind and heartwarming hotel managers in all of Siem Reap!
