    What I like about this hotel is it is modern as it was opened last year (2025.) I just dont like the fact that I was assigned in a room with defects like the door has a dent and the conditioner is empty. But the place is very convenient since it is inside the mall.

    I was disappointed to be honest. First of all I booked a deluxe king with a balcony, there was no balcony in my room. Why mention it on the booking if it's not available? Secondly, there was no mini fridge in the room, which is absolutely weird, especially considering mini bar is listed on the list of amenities. Thirdly, the housekeeping apparently couldn't be bothered to replace or wash the coffee mugs that were dirty with coffee after I used them. Also the phone didn't work when I tried calling the reception. The only thing that I like are the night receptionists, during my stay encountered three of them, and they were very nice. It's very disappointing and saddening, I truly didn't expect this hotel to lack in these basic fields.

    The location isn't terrible- but it's not in the city center. It was easy to check in and find the building. There is a small food court in the mall but it closes at 8pm. But for what we were charged per night for the room, it was not worth it. The AC rattles extremely loudly and doesn't blow cold air. With the room facing west, it was very hot when we arrived and it never cooled down past 26*. It was cooler outside but too loud for the children to sleep with the windows open- horns and trains all night long. We asked the front desk to take a look at the AC because it is a large room and it was 80*F in there at one point, and were told that service staff had already left for the day and we "just needed to wait" for it to cool off. It never did. The faucets had brown water when we first arrived but it cleared up shortly after. The door between the kitchenette and the room didn't fit inside the frame so it wouldn't close. The beds were very rock hard. There is a king sized bed and 2 twins but only enough towels/robes for 3, not 4 people like we booked it for. There was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door when we arrived and I called to ask for replacement and was told "not now, maybe in one hour." It was 9 pm and there was no one else around but we still had to call back at 10 because we needed clean towels.

    There was no internet at all. I requested few times to fix it but nothing was done. I was not able to do any work while I stayed there. I decided to book an other hotel. Breakfast was not upto the point. No one was re filling it. Even coffee was cold.
