Wonderful Stay with Genuine Care – Clean, Fun, and Guest-Focused
I recently stayed at Sunrise Serrano Aqua Park, and I must say it was a memorable experience. Beyond the beautiful setting and great amenities, what truly stood out to me was the team's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
After my stay, I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Mohamed Assar and Mr. Ghaly, who took my feedback seriously and listened with real attentiveness. Our conversation was constructive, and I could tell they genuinely care about maintaining the hotel's excellent reputation. I also want to thank them—and Ms. Jika—for their professionalism and warm hospitality.
I was kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade and VIP amenities, which was a pleasant touch. However, I want to be clear that my feedback was never about seeking personal perks, but rather about helping the hotel continue to uphold its high standards.
That level of responsiveness is rare and much appreciated.
