    I love this trip. Beautiful interiors, great staff and amenities. Food is good too. Would definitely recommend to couples and will come back again.

    Our vacation was well spent with attractions were walking distance like china town and temples. Staff were helpful, spotless cleanliness and well maintained facilities. They are solid choice for a comfortable visit.

    Positives: absolutely stunning, if not more beautiful in person and convenient to get to if you’re tight on time and want to completely switch off. The food is completely out of this world, if not one of the best I’ve ever had at a resort. Amazing to see Filipino food so loved and celebrated. Negatives: much of the staff are lovely but the cheesy check in spiel is too long and frankly not 5 star treatment so just stop doing that. Tell your staff to stop singling out Filipinos and to stop assuming they are not hotel guests. My parents were bothered a few times under this assumption so I had to complain. Tighten up security if you’re so bloody worried about people going in without paying. Quite a fair bit of miscommunication as a lot of the staff are nervous and not fluent English speakers so I’d say maybe get more who are actually fluent rather than trying to sound it. Also just leave guests alone please, use your judgement, some of us don’t want to chit chat, I know you want them to feel welcome but it gives off a weird energy.
