About this house rental
The Jauberria cottage, with a capacity of 6/7 people, is classified as a 3-star Furnished Tourism ***. Renovated with respect for the old, the house offers the natural freshness of the stone walls and the charm of the exposed beams.
You will enjoy a terrace and a private garden with trees offering a breathtaking view of the valley and the rising sun. The cottage and the garden, not overlooked, have a barbecue and independent access. They are exclusively reserved for travellers, as well as two parking spaces in front of the gate.
On the first floor, the cottage offers a fully equipped dining kitchen, a living-dining area and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs, you will enjoy a relaxation area with a view of the garden and the countryside, a triple bedroom (Queen Size bed 160 + single bed 90), a double bedroom (bed 140), a sleeping area (bunk beds 90) and a bathroom with toilet.
We provide towels as well as bath mats, dish towels and hand towels. Beds are made on arrival and included in the rental only for stays of 3 nights and +. For short stays of 2 nights, you have the choice to bring your own sheets or to take the "beds made on arrival" option (10 euros per set). Please note that the use of sleeping bags is allowed but you must bring a fitted sheet and a pillowcase.
The cottage has a travel cot, a changing mat, a high chair and a stair gate. On request, we provide: the small mattress with its mattress protector and fitted sheet, as well as a baby bath.
Arrival is preferably done by us. In case of a late arrival request, we use a key box.
Cleaning is not included in the rental price, so it must be done by you before your departure. However, if you wish to enjoy your holiday until the last minute, we offer a cleaning option of 80 euros (to be paid on site).
PLEASE NOTE: A deposit of 100 euros in cash will be required upon entry and will be returned to you after your departure, minus any necessary repair or repair costs, especially if the house rules have not been respected regarding cleaning.
