The property was very comfortable and included almost everything we needed for a pleasant stay close to but outside the bustle of Lake Charles. The unit is in a quiet residential area but still near the area's attractions. The beds were clean and comfortable. Included is a shaded carport directly in front of the main entrance which was convenient for unloading luggage and protection from the rain. A smart TV is provided (a much better option than cable). The kitchen had pots and pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, a knife set, and coffee maker (drip style, not a Kuerig). A washer and dryer are present.
Our biggest complaint was the dirty floors so make sure to bring house shoes. Also the only USB cable outlets were located in the upstairs bedroom so bring a wall charger to plug into an 110 outlet.
