Everything. What an amazing peaceful place in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Spacious and beautiful views.
Could be a bit better stocked in kitchen and could do with a microwave.

The quietness, friendly hosts, location.
Lacking some basic facilities like salt, pepper, general condiments, tea, coffee, etc which are usually available prior to having to visit a supermarket. Also much better information is needed to enable initial location of the villa, such as coordinates or a detailed map.
