The host informed us where the locals would hang out, eat & listen to music. The cozy atmostpher of the place. Being able to cook. Kitchen was supplied well. The comfort. The Porch & Mountain view.This was a 120 year old home soooo I did not expect it to be structural perfect. That actually was the best part the adventure the imperfections. I was living in a museum of Adventures for 3 days. Sleeping with history a few feet away from my bed. Artifacts I could touch and wonder about the people that once lived in Bisbee.It was good for my 13year old son to see & hold this primitive but efficient technology. State of the Art technology of the day. He loved the old Phones hanging on the wall & wanted to know how they worked.That old RCA-TV fascinated him. He again wanted to know how it worked.
Perfect for me since I am a History buff writting a book of the life & mysterious death of a Gold Mining Sufferjet women called "Alice" during the 1860' to 1927. She visited Douglas,Tombstone & Bisbee. She was ahead of her time.
The bathroom was a little snug.Out side porch hand railing's needs attention.A safety issue.

Often described by others as having a quirky charm, that’s pretty accurate! We’re antique pickers, so it was perfect for us.
The ambient mood lighting was nice, but… there was also a lovely collection of books that we had to get the torches out to read in the evening. We ended up reading digital books, such a shame. Just one bright light in each room is all it needs to make it great!

Location was good, and the beds were great. It was easy to cool off.
Over all it is very "tired" While i understand its eclectic and artsy, the place needs a little TLC. The patios were unkept, the furniture out there seemed unsafe. We deemed it not usable. The fence and railings looked awful. Definitely not inviting. The bathroom was less than desirable. The shower and tub was dirty. Overall it needs a good cleaning and possibly some of the areas redone. Floor outside the bathroom was soft, the bathroom walls wore.
