Location is good when you want to visit Isla Mujeres, other than that you will have to use taxi or public transportation. It was clean and you can use rooftop pool.
Its super noisy you can here everything, you have to sleep with earplugs - these were provided by the host.
One day we had no electricity, the electricity only came back on at around 4pm. The phones' batteries ran out and the nearby shops were also closed. The host's solution was for us to order food or go further afield to find a place to eat, I don't know how we would have done that with empty batteries. So we walkes super far away to at least have some food and water. No compensation was offered for this!
