Le Riviera 3 bed apartment Sainte Maxime

The apartment was a fantastic size and very spacious. Good air conditioning throughout. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked and had everything you could want in it. There were a good amount of bathrooms. The separate utility room was an unexpected bonus! The apartment was also beautifully furnished, and the car port was excellent! Our Tesla Model Y managed to fit in it. The apartment location is also fantastic! It is a 3 minute walk into the heart of Saint Maxime where there is so much to do!

The management company could use some improvement! The arrival instructions were not very clear, and the building number wasn't even included. We managed to find the building by the WiFi password. The lock box code wasn't provided, and upon messaging them, I was told to reread the instructions. The code was eventually provided. Also, at the time of booking, the apartment states that a cot bed was provided free of charge. Nearly 3 months later, the company replied and told me that there would be an additional charge of €20. When I queried this, I was then told it was €40 euros and it had always been chargeable. Eventually, the management company dropped this. The travel cot was stored in the master bedroom and we were able to put this up on arrival. The listing does state that there is a BBQ on the property but there isn't.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, emplacement proche centre et plage. Garage pratique car stationnement payant dans la rue

Un seul lit en 160 cm, les 2 autres sont en 140 !

Viel Platz. Die Wohnung ist gross und nahe des Zentrums. Von den Schlafzimmer sieht man sogar zum Meer. Zentrale Klimaanlage die alle Räume kühlt. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Auf Booking sahen wir die Adresse ohne Hausnummer und mussten etwas suchen um das richtige Haus zu finden. Auch den Platz in der Garage war uns zuerst unbekannt. Das Haus liegt nahe der Hauptstrasse und lärmige Fahrzeuge hört man.
