La ubicación es excelente. Rodeado de lugares lindos para comer o tomar algo. A unos metros del lago con acceso a los barcos de paseo El dpto es cómodo. Salvo la cama, el colchón está hundido.
El acceso al departamento está muy sucio, el edificio no tiene mantenimiento, está ubicado en un lugar super ruidoso y con dos restaurantes que contaminan con olor a ajo y fritura , no se puede respirar. también hay a 20 metros un local que arregla y alquilan bicicletas, es un bochinche desde temprano, otro percance es que el edificio no tiene luz en la escalera , a la noche tenes que entrar con la linterna del celular. se lo comentamos al propietario y no tuvimos solucion. Lamentablemente sufri una caida sin consecuencias graves por suerte. Precio calidad malo. A continuación subo el video del acceso al edificio sin luz loa 4 días que nos ospedamos

Non è un difetto della struttura ma un problema logistico, il parcheggio.
