Location

Living space had minimal space for storage (only closet, no drawers for clothes) especially if staying several days

Location was excellent. Close to restaurants, activities, shopping.

There should have been a bureau in the bedroom. Dining table had wobbly leg chairs and small chips out of the table.

The pools and hot tubs were great. And the on-site Cafe and restaurant is nice.

The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. Absolutely the cheapest mattress money can buy. Was actually looking forward to getting home from my one week off a year just to get a night's sleep that I didn't wake up hurting.

Pretty balcony view . The response time for customer service was fantastic . Super quick even with my late arrival of 11 pm. Generally clean .. Amazing shower pressure and hot !!

Very dated . It’s a very “down at the beach/shore” resort . 1 elevator at the bank was working . Very long wait since was 18 floor and most certainly filled every time .. bathroom not cleaned to my standards upon a very late arrival .. other people’s hair on floor and tub and tub corners not cleaned .. but staff was very quick to respond for next day cleaning . But gross and I cleaned it . Sand on balcony so sandy feet always . No top sheet on bed .. very light bedding.. generally very old and dated.. LOW ceilings and holes in ceiling .. A lot of what is said to be basic wear and tear but was ALOT especially considering the multiple holes in ceiling and worn /stained paint. .. Definite not an up to date resort or apartment . But was OK .
