Ludicks Wilderness

The owner met me at the gate with a warm and welcoming greeting, which immediately made me feel at home. The property offers secure parking conveniently situated directly in front of the room, which I greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, with quick and easy access to the N2 highway, making it particularly convenient for travelling. A wonderful night’s rest was ensured by an exceptionally comfortable mattress—one of the highlights of my stay. The room was thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary electronic appliances, making it easy to heat food and attend to other basic needs. I was particularly impressed by the absolute neatness and cleanliness of the accommodation. Everything was well presented, cared for and in excellent condition. Overall, my stay at Ludick’s Wilderness was comfortable, convenient and most enjoyable. The warm hospitality, secure parking, comfortable accommodation and outstanding cleanliness made it a very pleasant experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travellers.

One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi reception. The signal in my room was quite weak, which made it difficult to connect reliably and carry out basic online research. Given the otherwise excellent standard of the accommodation, improving the Wi-Fi coverage would be a valuable enhancement for guests, particularly those who need to stay connected while travelling.

The atmosphere was great. The owners were hands- on. The guesthouse was absolutely beyond my expectation.

Fridge/freezer was a tad small for extended stays. Parking was a bit limited.

The host was extremely considerate because I arrived very late. He patiently helped me to gain access at a very late hour.

The room had a view of a highway. No place to sit outside. The kitchen had only a kettle and an airfryer. Very little else. There were very few outlets.
