L’emplacement est parfait, L’appartement se trouve juste au pied du château de Saumur, sur une place très animée avec des commerces, des cafés et une ancienne église, à quelques pas de la Loire
Il y avait beaucoup de bruit la nuit, avec beaucoup de monde sur la place jusque tard, et dès tôt le matin, ce qui a rendu le repos difficile.

La situation de l'appartement, au cœur du centre ville, et dans un bâtiment historique.
La saleté des parties communes : poussière, plumes d'oiseaux, saleté, odeur désagréable L'odeur trés désagréable de tabac froid dans l'appartement Propreté trés approximative de l'appartement (micro-ondes, four, ...) Pas de table pour manger à 4 personnes. Matériel de cuisine très limité.
