L’apartament està molt cuidat i equipat, amb totes les comoditats i facilitats. A més, ben situat i fàcil de trobar aparcament. Hi hem anat amb un nadó i hi hem estat molt còmodes.
Per tenir en compte el soroll que ve de fora el carrer, com és un edifici antic s’escolta. Ho hem notat més perquè anàvem amb un nadó, si no no ho destacaríem, no és un gran problema.
