This was a perfect guys ski trip! We packed a lot into a great weekend!
The place is amazing. It has everything you need to be more than comfortable.
Now on to the skiing. The conditions at Sugar Mountain were ideal. We did night skiing. There was an unbelievable fireworks show.
When we got back, we grabbed a frozen pizza in the lobby and made it back at the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked though if you want to cook.
We hit the fitness center in the morning. The hot tub was also exactly what was needed after skiing.
If you are on the fence, definitely do it. This is a great place and the skiing was fantastic!

This place is AMAZING!!! The cleanest and freshest place I’ve stayed in my 63 years of vacationing!!! The views, well nothing better! I jokingly said I was going to be a squatter here😂. We will definitely be staying here again and again and………❤️

My husband and I spent some time staying in the ‘Sugar Shack’ condo! When we arrived at the condo and walked in, we had a lovely surprise!! It was a warm and inviting place to spend time for the weekend. It was clean with all of the amenities we would ever need. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, especially with the windows and doors open. We spent time on the balcony looking at the beautiful mountains that surrounded the condo on both sides.
I would highly recommend staying at this clean, beautiful and well decorated place in the mountains. The beauty can be seen for miles!!

We had a wonderful experience. The Sugar Shack is decorated so nicely and attention to every little detail was noticed. Remotes for the ceiling fans mounted on the walls, labeling on all the light switches, comfortable beds and lovely bedding, and a well equipped kitchen.
We enjoyed the gorgeous views of Grandfather Mountain and the long range views from the porch and inside the condo.
The Sugar Shack at SugarTop Resort is a very cozy and relaxing place to refresh and enjoy the mountains. It is very convenient to wonderful Restaurants in Banner Elk and not far from a large range of things to see and do. We visited Valle Crucis and the Mast Store, downtown Boone and ate at the Daniel Boone Inn and even ate at Blowing Rock Six Pence Pub and ate ice cream at the Park there. I look forward to going back to the Sugar Shack to enjoy all the seasons there. Lots of things to see and do and to stay in a lovely place.
