Appartement Pour 4 Personnes Disneyland - Sunny Side

The apartment itself, building, and location are all perfect for access to Paris and Disneyland. The apartment was comfortable, well presented, and had everything basic that we needed for our stay. The owner's communication was great throughout. I would say that it was great for 2 people. The parking is a massive benefit as it is underground so it kept the car cool in the severe weather we were there during. There is a lovely bakery and great pizza place just across the road, and the bus stop is also just around the other corner and takes 20mins to get to Disneyland. The apartment block is clean, quiet and felt very safe. There is an air conditioning unit available for use which really was a game changer in the heat too. The small balcony was great to dry washing and sit on whilst having dinner and a drink. We even caught a glimpse of the fireworks from Disney! All in all a really great stay!

The only comments I have are that it was a bit unclear of where the underground parking is as it's not easily visible on arrival, and we had to work out which button was for what on the key fob! So just some extra instructions on the Welcome Note would be massively helpful. The area where the apartment is is great but in inclimate weather - either extremely hot or cold - it isn't walking distance to the train station for Paris/Disney. However it is 10mins drive to the train station car park that was less than €10 for the whole day/night, and the train is then €2.55 per journey! I do think it would be a squeeze for 4 adults, but 2 adults and 2 children would be good.

Bon emplacement, par contre pour sortir de la résidence en voiture il faut absolument le bip, la porte ne s'ouvre pas automatiquement lorsque nous sommes à l'intérieur.

L'ouverture de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur de la résidence ne s'ouvre qu'avec le bip que l'on doit récupérer avant dans le lotissement cela complique l'ouverture de la porte d'accès à la résidence. De ce fait je me suis accroché avec un locataire à l'entrée de la résidence du fait qu'il nous a fallu récupérer le bip d'accès. Pourquoi ne pas envisager d'ouvrir la porte d'accès avec un code unique,?

Good apartment for 4 people as family

Directon provided were not correct. Code was wrong to enter. We were lucky to have neighbour open the main door. No toiletries or amenities within apartment.

Apsolut zu empfehlen! Das Apartment,die Lage,die kommunikation,alles Top. Garagenparkplatz,gute Bus und Bahn verbindung,viele Läden in der nähe... Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!
