St John house Castle City

La ubicacion, en pleno centro de Rodas y a unos 8 linutoa del famoso palacio del Gran Maestre. Regentado por un hotel que está a la vuelta de la esquina, al final nos alojamos en una de las habitaciones del hotel porque así lo preferimos y la dueña nos lo permitió, y estuvimos súper bien. Es cierto que es un edificio antiguo y el mobiliario es antiguo pero estamos hablando que estamos en el centro histórico de Rodas, donde la mayoría de las casas son del siglo XV, con lo cual súper bien para lo antiguo que era, parecía que eatabamos inmersos en dicho siglo XV. Personal muy amable, sobre todo la dueña, que nos trató exquisitamente, no nos puso problemas para cambiarnos a la habitación. Desayuno aceptable. Nos encantó. Volveríamos.

Por poner alguna pega, son todo edificios antiguos con mobiliario antiguo, pero es lo que tiene alojarse en pleno centro histórico de Rodas, que conserva ese encanto medieval tan característico.

Rodos tatilimiz boyunca bu otelde konaklamaktan gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu harikaydı, her yere ulaşım çok rahattı. Odalar tertemiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi baştan sona çok özel ve rahat hissettik. Tatilimizi daha da güzel hale getiren bu harika deneyim için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Rodos’a tekrar gelirsek tercihimiz kesinlikle yine burası olacak.

The best part of our stay was the kindness & care of Mark the staff member on the morning of check out when we had noi idea where or when breakfast was as we received no information on this on our arrival. He was excellent. Very attentive & solutions focused,. Thank you Mark - you made our stay.

The map on Booking.Com took us to the apartment location but not the Hotel reception location so we had no idea it was just around the corner. We waited at the apartment location for 45 mins before someone came to give us the keys. We called multiple times & when we spoke with the Manager, they did not tell us the hotel reception was all of 2 mins work away which would have been very helpful to know. We were let into the apartment with no further info on when or where breakfast was the next morning, wifi password, nor no kettle as advertised, no glasses, no cups. Our stay could have been so muhc better with clear & prompt communication from Management prior to & durign our stay. I called & emailed them mulitple times regarding the wifi password, what time breakfast was and where & still have not received a reply.
