XÔI Lumi Suites West Lake

Check in was super easy and everything was clean and tidy. We only needed the place for one night but would've happily stayed on if we didn't already have plans to travel on. The apartment was spacious and very modern

The location is further away from some of the main sightseeing spots but it's easy to get a Grab to the old town.

Construction noise was very loud, alley was a bit small so cars can’t go in, hard to transport many suitcases

A great value apartment! Easy self check-in. Nice big apartment with nice extras like water and beer in the fridge, good bathroom, nice sofa etc. Good location too if you want to be by the lake but away from the hustle and bustle.

We had to pay cash at check in. We were given the option to pay with card through booking.com, but this still included a % on the card. This wasn't a problem, just that we don't usually have to pay a % with card payment through booking.com. This was communicated clearly at check in before choosing how to pay, so can't complain, we just withdrew more cash! Would have been helpful to be told this in advance 🙂 Also there's no natural light in the apartment - not a problem for us, we kind of knew this from the photos and were out all day anyway.

Clean, everything is new. Great location and a great restaurant nearby

The room has no sheer/light curtains - only blackout curtains. So during the day you’re either sitting in complete darkness with the lights on, or you have natural light but no privacy at all. It would be nice to have some natural light during the day without feeling exposed
