If you’re looking for an affordable beachfront condo, but aren’t super picky about how updated it is, it’s a good option. It’s right on the beach and the beach access is easy to get to.
The room was fine. It’s clearly an older resort that has had patchwork updates completed over the years. The halls and stairwells didn’t smell great, but that’s not on Coastal Properties. The room itself had paint patches, an older bathtub with a lot of scuffs/wear on it and didn’t have a fan in the bathroom - something vital when staying at the beach and you’re already hot all the time.
