Overall experience was great. The place is tidy, staff are thoughtful. I’m satisfied with everything and would recommend it.

The overall experience was not outstanding. It has both strengths and shortcomings, just passable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The main reason we picked it was the subway access – Exit 2 of Zhoupu Station on Line 18 has an elevator straight to the hotel, so we didn't even need an umbrella on rainy days. The room was surprisingly big, plenty of space for two people, and the bed was wide enough. Watching movies with screen mirroring at night was a blast. We grabbed some snacks and beer from the Wanda supermarket downstairs, ordered delivery to the door, and just chilled in the room – so cozy

A couple of tiny things: there's only one socket by the bed, so we had to take turns charging our phones and power bank. Also, the wardrobe only had two hangers, which barely held two jackets. But we asked the front desk and they brought us a few more right away, so no fuss.

The area is lovely to explore – a coffee street is hidden right behind the building, great for photos. The "Little Shanghai" pedestrian street is just a few minutes' walk, with tasty local food. A taxi to Zhoupu Flower Field costs only the minimum fare, and the photos turned out beautiful. The front desk let us store luggage for free, and we even caught Disney fireworks in the distance.

There's no full-length mirror in the room – I had to step out to the elevator lobby to check my outfit. Also, the AC vent was pointing directly at the bed, but we adjusted the direction and it was fine.

The metro and the mall were right by the property but as for going downtown Shanghai, this property is a little out of the way. The staff were friendly but did not speak a word of English. The room was large but not as nice as in the pictures. Nice views but I thought the building and room were run down and in need of renovation. The bed was very comfortable, a large TV (if one cares for that). The building was quiet at night although some traffic and people could be heard from the street, despite the apartment is on the 22nd floor. The apartment was very clean and cleaning was available upon request.

The bathroom was small, the washing machine was a plus but was very old fashion, the shower room was small. No fan in the room, the pillows were hard as rocks. The WI-FI was terrible and did not work for the most part. The communal areas were very run down and dirty and the residents smoke in the hallway and there is a smoking room on the same floor as the apartment which is disgusting.
