Bright & Modern 2BR 2BTH Apt in Central Newmarket

Appartement très bien situé juste en face du westfield ce qui est vraiment super! l'appartement est bien agencé et il ne manquait de rien ! nous étions avec notre enfant de 2ans et demi et il a beaucoup apprécié la chambre d'enfant

We had no issues with this accommodation. As ex locals we know the area well thats why we choose to stay in Newmarket. Its close to attractions Auckland has to offer, its right off the highway so easy access to the airport and other parts of Auckie such as the West and North Shore. The photo direction for receiving the keys, finding private parking and getting up to the apt is dumb proof. Elevator from the secured underground parking to the apt made it easy for transferring luggages. The apt has plenty of room for 2 adults, kitchen had enough for simple dishes but we didnt cook during our 4day stay cz there's so many affordable food places nearby and great coffees too. The large covered verandah was a bonus cz u can open the sliding doors and just let the cool air in, also gave us a chance to dry our laundry (there is dryer for wet weather). Noise levels acceptable, we didn't feel disturbed. There is a projector (not TV) and this was fine. Bed and beddings comfortable, bathrooms clean (soaps included). Location is walkable to the Westfield mall the shopping strip, all the Mounts (Eden, One Tree Hill) are nearby for a nice brisk walk for an Auckie 360 view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would put this on our to go list when we visit again.

Nothing Negative. Just note this Apartment Block in part of Ramada (but not managed by them). The parking driveway is a 2 way give way lane. Park on designated space. Once out of the elevator u need to go thru 2 doors.

Great location. Easy to get to.

The location was excellent for our needs. It did take us a wee while to figure out exactly what we were looking for. Perhaps you should state that it is part of the Ramada. Beds were comfortable.

The bottom of the showers weren't very clean - hair in the drain. The microwave hadn't been cleaned.
