We stayed in for two chilled nights when temperature was freezing. The location is very beautiful as the hotel is on the riverside. My family loved this location. Overall, our stay was quite comfortable. We booked two rooms for two nights and was provided with room heaters. Due to electricity outage, the heater and hot water facility couldn't work for sometimes. The staff, especially the owner tried his best to facilitate us. If you want a complete viewable peace without city's busy life, then Askari Inn is the best choice for you.

The location is so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms esp washrooms are so clean and the family that runs it is very loving and hospitable. They accommodate you for whatever you need. Like they got us chapli kebabs right after our check-in. It was already night and the chapli kebab wasn't even a part of their menu but just because we were their guests, they accommodated us however they could. Their beds are equipped with Ortho Mattresses which might not be liked by a few (was really good for my back though!) so that might be the only thing you would want to look into. Other than that it's also very safe. It was just two of us (girls) who were on a trip and yet everything went smooth. The owners would even help us arrange commute if needed. So yes! It's an amazing option in a very affordable price..!!
