L'appartamento si trova all'ottavo piano e quindi gode di una meravigliosa vista sull'oceano e sul tramonto. Il check-in è stato facile anche se le 16 è un po' tardi e ti fa perdere mezza giornata in giro con le valige in auto.
L'angolo cottura elettrico è tipo del 1800 quando ovunque si usa l induzione. Il frigo obsoleto presentava muffa e guarnizione scollata. Facendo un paragone con le normative europee l'impianto elettrico non può essere considerato a norma.
La vasca da bagno anch'essa datata era completamente sfogliata sul fondo con pezzi di rivestimento che si scollavano ad ogni uso. A nostro avviso visto il prezzo a cui viene locato l'appartamento si può assolutamente investire in una cucina moderna, bagno nuovo ed impianto elettrico a norma.

The location is excellent, right by the beach with an amazing ocean view. There are also several great nearby resorts and restaurants, making it easy to find good food and enjoy the area.
The room furniture and bathroom are a little outdated, but everything was very clean and well maintained. Despite the older style, the room was comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The oceanfront location was excellent. There was no air conditioning in the condo but the temperature was good with the ceiling fan and the screens on the lanai door as well as the front door. We kept the front door open with the screen on (and locked) for a wonderful breeze in the unit. I loved sleeping with the lania door open for the peaceful sound of the ocean. Great location for going either north or south to other locations on the West Side of the island. The lobby was nice with the water pond. Beach access was very easy and beach items were included.
It was all lovely.
