Amazing penthouse in the city centre

Stayed here for one night and genuinely wish it had been longer. The penthouse is done out beautifully and feels fresh and well looked after. Everything we needed was there and it all worked as it should. It’s in a great spot for getting around the city and having parking included takes away any hassle. It was clean, comfortable and felt safe. The whole stay was straightforward from start to finish. Would happily book again 👏🏽

Worst stay I’ve ever faced.

Have to honestly say this was the worst stay I’ve ever faced in my history of booking.com. The host put us in a different room to the one we booked that didn’t have any hot water, then reported us for extortion when we stated that we would not like to leave a bad review and would like this to be fixed. He then also lied about us losing his keys and stole our deposit. Booking.com only compensated us £10 when the deposit was £200 and the room was over £100. Please do not book here there are many other great places to book.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was super clean, nicely set up and actually looked even better than the photos. It felt modern, comfortable and just easy to settle into. Check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the location is great with everything close by. Definitely one of the better places I’ve stayed. Would happily stay again

Excellent stay — clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and completely hassle-free from check-in to check-out

Honestly a really great stay. The apartment was very clean, modern, and exactly like the photos. The location is super convenient, especially being close to the station, and having free parking made things so much easier. Everything worked perfectly. WiFi was fast, beds were comfortable, and the apartment was warm and quiet at night. Check-in was straightforward and communication was clear and helpful throughout. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests comfortable. Had a really smooth, stress-free stay and would definitely book again when I’m back in Birmingham

Do not book this apartment, they will not repay your £200 refundable deposit even though they agree to.

Do not book this apartment, the owner/managing agent will scam you out of the £200 refundable deposit that you have to pay before they give you a code to tell the cashier at a petrol station to retrieve the key. Then they will tell you that they will repay your deposit and then don’t and keep coming up with excuses like “I am driving at the moment and will repay it as soon as I can” or “I will do it as soon as I get back to the office” or “yes I am doing that right now for you” That is if you are able to get someone to answer the mobile number they give you. You have been advised, do not book this apartment.
