It was good to have an umbrella and toiletries supplied.

We had thought we might have been eligible for housekeeping at some stage during our 2 week stay. Washing dishes was impossible as the plug (photo attached) was nothing more than a strainer. Rubber flange and steel plate missing from the base. Also, the icecube tray needs replacing.....badly cracked. We were disappointed and very surprised that we had no access to 'free to air Television'. Streaming Services only...really! Due to the design of the bathroom, it would have been good to have some Deodoriser Spray. The vacuum has an extremely bad odour to it. Made the Unit and in particular the LHS Wardrobe very smelly. Not entirely your problem however the tiles in the pool area are badly in need of urgent maintenance. There is a bad leak close to the North East corner of the pool. The tiles were also very slippery, particularly following rain. We had been intending to use the pool barbeque to cook dinner most nights, however felt unsafe after rain. Unit management might also consider making a luggage trolley available to patrons to enable them to move into their accomodation more comfortable.
