The staff at the check-in desk was super friendly. I loved that they gave us margaritas right there! The room was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The restaurant food was amazing. Our boys loved both the pools and the slide. The dj was fun too! I like the variety of seating options around the pool area. The weekend went perfectly!
The hostess at the restaurant could have been a little friendlier. We ate there 3 times and the second time we went we requested a booth, but she said no even though there was literally no one else in the restaurant at the time. I also didn't like that kids were dragging the white loungers into the water and that parents were allowing it. I wish there would've been someone on staff to watch over the pool.

The staff was very friendly , the atmosphere was amazing.
We only had 1 person that was not pleasant but staff corrected the incident.

Nice place! Rooms were clean and inviting. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Pool was way overcrowded. I didn’t realize that day passes could be purchased without staying at the hotel. Might have changed my decision to stay here.
