Gostei do ambiente espaçoso e agradável, não tem barulho nem som alto, cama confortável, lençóis limpos, toalhas de banho limpas.
Localização longe demais de tudo, tinha barata no ambiente, micro-ondas não funciona, não tem forma para frios para esquentar no forno, problema na encanação.

Apto quente, ventilador sem tomada (ligava no fio), limpeza deixou a desejar, o disjuntor desligava sempre que ligávamos o chuveiro elétrico.
