Pigeon Forge Retreat by Venture Smoky Mountains

clean, two refrigerators downstairs, enough dining seating, pretty views, hot tub clean, clean linens and enough, clean bathrooms, Venture Smoky Mountains did answer phone when calling about concern of no air conditioning, enough towels. Appliances worked well.

Air conditioning upstairs not working for two nights, 84 degrees upstairs. Cloth dining chairs dirty and worn out, sunk when sat on, for a place that sleeps 32 there was a poor parking situation, not extra parking as advertised the second parking spot was not accessible, air hockey table broken, tv's not working properly and 6 remotes for the main room TV, inaccurate directions for working the tv in the main room, TV's located in bedrooms worked for a few minutes, then error message came up. We felt like the technician blamed us for the air conditioning not working, it wasn't working when we arrived.
