AAK Beach Villa

I liked safety and convenience as well as privacy and will recommend my friends and family at any given day. The place is value for money, it is also situated in a quiet place in that part of Bellito.

There is nothing to complain about the residence

The location is perfectly located . Loved the short distance to the location

Maybe it's because I'm not used to booking around the area and I didn't know about additional deposit and it was unexpected and high, but that was the only thing that threw me off. Would appreciate it if it was information made available before booking

The fact that you can out the gate and straight onto the beach is wonderful!

The location was amazing as well as the easy access to the beach. There was also access to Netflix.

We had to collect the keys from Shiptech Service station which was 4km away and return to the same place. If we didn't have a hired car this would have proved difficult and costly. Collecting the keys was very inconvenient. The apartment was dated and basic, beds and bed linen very poor. The sheets had stains on them and the duvet was very thin. Appliances, doorhandles, windows, and anything that had metal were rusty and gross to touch. Although a dishwasher was supplied, there were no dishwasher tablets or anything to run it with. There was a washing machine, but nowhere to hang clothes. No dishcloths or anything to wipe the counters with. Several windows did not close properly, which made it cold at night. Only one bathroom had toilet paper, towels and soap etc... basically, the one bathroom was forgotten. The same bathroom had a rusted bath, meaning that only the nice bathroom could be used to shower. It was a very tight area to get into the garage and parking was not allowed anywhere else. No beach towels were provided, and although its a nicety, it would have been a nice addition.
