Gros problème d'odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain inclue dans la chambre !

The apartment is of bespoke design. The furniture, the decor and the hardware are of very high standard. The apartment is very clean and kitchen is well equipped. The location is great as it’s near to beach and the old town with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around.

The staff is generally helpful but I cannot open their file of the instruction to open the front door of the building and there is only email and office number but no WhatsApp to contact the staff. I sent them an email twice but they did not reply at all. That means for a tourist like me I would need to call long distance call to reach the staff and ask for instructions. It turned out that the front door keys were inside the apartment. How could the guests open the front gate and have access to the building in that case? I have no clue. Luckily another resident left the building and allowed us to get in. The other thing is the property management company asked me to pre-register for check-in with every personal details of 4 of us before they could release the door code and access information. We filled out everything and submitted the info but the system somehow said we did not complete the online check-in. I emailed them but without reply. That means I needed to call them again to obtain the information. I would strongly recommend them to set up a WhatsApp contact for easy communications without incurring expenses for phone call charges from our side.
