La Puerta de Logroño, con piscina y garaje!

La atención dispensada por Noelia...bastante más allá de lo rigurosamente profesional. Personal de cafetería Kataleya.... fantástico

La tranquilidad del barrio. Bien comunicado. Panaderia/ultramarinos y cafeteria/bar debajo de casa. Farmacia a 50 mts. Carrefour express a 300 mts. Parada de autobús a 30 mts.

El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación, en una zona tranquila. Para aparcar el coche en la calle no tuvimos problemas, aunque por la noche preferimos aparcarlo en el garaje que dispone con las indicaciones de Noelia. Es muy cómodo, bonito y limpio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa. El desayuno que incluye, en el bar de abajo del edificio, también fantástico, de verdad que nada malo que decir. Volveremos a repetir con el buen tiempo!!

We were in town for the San Mateo Festival (Rioja wine festival). We liked that this property was on the other side of the river in a quieter section of town. We ended up with great views of fireworks from the windows! Breakfast in the neighborhood café below was basically croissant or toast and coffee; it was fine, enough to get going on. It's only a short walk into the center of town so we enjoyed the festival and could also enjoy relaxing and having a good night's sleep in the apartment. The bathrooms are nice. We were also able to use the washer there and the drying rack - plan ahead so everything dries before packing. The building and apartment felt very secure, and the apartment has plenty of space.

We figured out how to get into the gated parking garage under the property (with some help from the host). We were a little concerned about parking in the allotted space between a wall and cement pillars. We ultimately ended up parking on the street since it was more convenient and there was plenty of space.
