Gorgeous architecture

Excellent & gorgeous hotel located in the heart of Brussels, warm and welcoming staff who were very responsive to any of our needs. The architecture is absolutely amazing and the room was spectacular. Breakfast was very tasty! Both me and my partner enjoyed this hotel a lot and hope to be back.

Everything was excellent

Beautifully elegant while still warm and welcoming with exquisite attention to detail. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond throughout my stay. The spa was deeply relaxing and an exceptional experience.

The stay was fantastic. 1. From the doorman, to the receptionists to the barman, they all provided exceptional hospitality. They were all friendly, compassionate and showed great initiative to make our stay more comfortable 2. The shower and the bed were so comfortable. If we hadn’t had other commitments we would have happily stayed in our room the whole time. 3. The attention to detail was the cherry on top. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and filled with clever touches that should be commended. This hotel will always be at the top of our list now when we visit Brussels, but with only a limited amount of rooms - I fear we will either need to book well in advance or hope we strike gold again.

Elegant hotel, centrally located to the tourist areas, FANTASTIC STAFF and great aesthetics.

I was only in Brussels for one evening, in between Amsterdam and Paris. With that said, this was a fantastic location, with a highly attentive staff. The room was tastely appointed, clean, and quite comfortable.

Property does not value business customers

It is evident that the property does not prioritize the needs of business customers. The breakfast service starting at 7 AM is inconvenient for many business travellers. Despite inquiring twice and being assured that breakfast would be available early, nothing was prepared. Waiting 20 minutes for a simple coffee was quite frustrating. The dismissive attitude of some staff members, who reminded me that breakfast starts at 7 AM and were firmly unapologetic, contrasted sharply with the assurance I received the previous night that something would be ready at 6:30 AM. This level of service is not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Many 4-star hotels in Brussels offer much better service.

The heating was difficult too control and it’s in a busy road-which also means it’s a good location.

Very nice boutique hotel

Brand new hotel, super well decorated rooms, cozy spa area. The staff is super friendly. The treatment at the Spa is top notch.

Too bad the bar closes at 11:00pm. We wanted to enjoy a drink after being out for dinner. But no chance.

The hotel is very stylish, the room was perfectly decorated, with everything is needed. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. Excellent location. The best choice to stay in Brussels. We will come again. :)

Hey - we ended up having a nice weekend in Brussels...

New hotel, open three days when we arrived. Super enthusiastic staff. Very comfortable. My requested very late checkout was very reasonable and the concierge's reservation was dinner was memorable. It oozes luxury.

The breakfast was in the integral restaurant. I prefer a buffet but that's personal choice. It was nice.

Uitmuntend, persoonlijk en een service van zeer hoog niveau. Hostmanship ten top!

Dit hotel, deze plek in de stad...als je aankomt, voel je je welkom als een royal zonder dat het overdone voelt. Hostmanship en gastvrouw- en -heerschap ten top op alle plekken in het hotel. We waren verbluft door de sublieme en persoonlijke ontvangst. Zonder te veel te zijn werden we prettig begeleid naar onze kamer. In ons geval een prachtige upgrade, waar we enorm van hebben genoten. Wat een weelde. Van ontvangst, receptie en tot housekeeping...effortless met een glimlach en die persoonlijke aandacht die je niet verwacht. Toen bij vertrek ons zelf geregelde vervoer niet op tijd kwam voor een rit naar het vliegveld werd alles uit de kast getrokken om ons te helpen. De portier nam meteen een sprint naar de taxistandplaats verderop en kwam binnen 2 minuten met een rustige glimlach aanrijden met een taxi. Wauw! Hostmanship to the max. Hier hoef je dus niets zelf te regelen...ontregel, ontmoet en relax...deze mensen kunnen dat veel beter en met een grote strik eromheen. Heel erg bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf en de persoonlijke touch van ieder die ons verblijf zo waardevol en bijzonder maakte.

Extraordinaire

Ce séjour était exceptionnel. L'accueil, le professionnalisme, les services apportés étaient parfaits et le personnel exemplaire. Les petites attentions quotidiennes ont été vraiment très appréciées. Le cadre de cette ancienne demeure magnifiquement restaurée est vraiment unique. La suite était extrêmement confortable. La décoration et le mobilier ont été choisis avec beaucoup de goût.

Zeer goede ontvangst in een prachtige setting , door zeer bekwaam en vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontbijt was top ! De kamer was groot , straalde luxe uit . Gewoonweg superieur ! Ook de badkamer was super.Zeer vriendelijk personeel .

Over het algemeen niks op te merken. Klein minpuntje : niet voldoende verlichting in de badkamer : de spiegel was niet voldoende verlicht zodat mevrouw zich te terdege kon te schminken.

Todo en este hotel es fabuloso, refinado y muy cuidado. Han realizado una extraordinaria obra de restauración durante 7 años, para que el cliente goce de una confortable y fabulosa estancia. Desde que el cliente ve la fachada y accede al hall de entrada, tiene a su disposición un equipo humano amable y volcado en atender de forma elegante todo lo que el cliente pueda necesitar. La zona estupenda. Todo esto hace de este hotel, la mejor opción para alojarse en Bruselas.

Een prachtig hotel, met heel vriendelijk personeel ! Niets was hen teveel. De kamer was heel mooi en heel comfortabel. De valet service prima. Ook het ontbijt was mooi gepresenteerd, voldoende en heel lekker.

Gastvrijheid is uitstekend, personeel voorkomend en servicegericht, ontbijt uitstekend, kamer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging is perfect. Dit hotel is absoluut aan te prijzen voor de zakelijke markt. De gasten zal het aan niets ontbreken, ook niet de veeleisende gast.

Très belle chambre et spacieuse. Pas de buffet, le petit déjeuner est servi à table. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct et complet. Impossible de se garer en voiture, heureusement qu'il y a un voiturier.

Fantastique

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. L'hotel récemment ouvert à été magnifiquement décoré et vous transporte dans un univers sublime. Le petit déjeuner, concocté par le chef est l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons jamais mangé. L'ensemble des prestations (Bar, Gym,....) est d'un niveau rarement rencontré. Et tout cela accompagné d'un personnel exceptionnel. Définitivement notre nouvelle adresse à Bruxelles.
