EDiTiON 147 - Luxury Seafront Apartments

The floors were dusty but I think that was because of the construction going on in the close vicinity and being on the ground floor right next to the road... No ironing board...

The property had a fun design. We loved the European full length shutters

The check in process was awful and had me in tears because the app they use to verify who you are was malfunctioning and would not upload my passport photo - it would only work in selfie mode. I tried many times on different days, with the same result. When I tried the what’s app chat it was AI which did not have the capacity to understand me so I was “sent to a live agent” who didn’t respond back for over an hour each time making each request irrelevant. The beds only have flat sheets on them that barely cover the mattress, no fitted sheet, and no second sheet just a down comforter. The 1/2 bath did not appear to be finished. The only mirror was in the full size bath and it was smoked glass which made it hard for 3 women to get ready. The shampoo is clearly the same soap as the shower gel and hand soap and there was no lotion. Also this was labeled as beach front- there was no beach view, but the old man across the street on the same level as us was quite cute.

Clean, comfortable, nice location. Great pillows, water, coffee and even cookies!

The property was great. I did not like the booking online, automated answers to what’s app, and not having a name of the host. I never knew if it was A person or AI.

Location was fabulous, penthouse is beautiful. My husband and I loved the area, restaurants, walking on beach and just overall vibe to relax after spending 5 days in the city center of Porto.

Beds took a little getting used to as very hard but it worked as we have hard beds at home. could use a sponge in the kitchen otherwise place was great.
