Everything. I could park the car opposite the front door. Access is easy, and the beds are comfortable, the sofa bed as well.
Airconditioning was missing only because it was extremely hot outside, and one window could not fully open because of the curtain rod.

Very close to town and the river
Very quiet, cool inside (29c outside) great shower, great place to break a journey from Calais to the Alps. Parked the car at the front door!
