Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hell, geräumig, top Küche und Bad. Bett und Sofa bequem.
Die Lage ist eigentlich nicht schlecht aber die Situation im Hinterhof, Erdgeschoss mit Baustelle und Publikumsverkehr vor den Fenstern ist nicht ideal. TV etwas zu klein für die Entfernung Sofa zur Wand.

Un apartamento nuevo, limpio, en una ubicacion estupenda (junto al centro y a menos de dos minutos caminando de la estación), con todo lo necesario de equipamiento. Excelente.
El sistema electrónico y la app para abrir la puerta tuvo algunos problemas, a veces tardabas varios minutos en lograr entrar, Nos explicó el propietaria que muy posiblemente la causa de ese mal funcionamiento era el frío intenso de los dias de nuestra estancia (entre enero y febrero). En todo caso, se solucionó.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, schön eingerichtet, und alles was man braucht ist da (sogar eine gute Kaffeemaschine). In die Altstadt von Straubing, genauso wie zum Bahnhof, sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Sowohl Ein- wie auch Auschecken verliefen absolut problemlos - so dass wir gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder in Straubing sein sollten
