El lugar es hermoso, con un diseño de muy buen gusto y estilo, cuidado en cada detalle. La atención de Yurany fue muy buena; es una persona dinámica, servicial y colaboradora.
Sugiero mejorar la señalización para llegar al lugar. Al momento de nuestra llegada no teníamos cómo comunicarnos, lo que dificultó el acceso caminando. Además, en el trayecto previo al ingreso había mucha basura. Aunque se trata de terrenos de otros propietarios, resulta desagradable encontrar tantas condiciones así al llegar

La ubicación del hotel es fenomenal. Fuera del ruido del pueblo. La atención de Yazmin es excelente, siempre atenta a las necesidades y muy servicial. Las instalaciones en muy buen estado. Siempre tuvimos agua, energía e internet. Las habitaciones y el lugar es una nota, apenas para descansar. La comida muy rica.
Sería bueno que puedan limpiar el acceso al hotel (lotes vecinos) es una lástima la conciencia de nosotros las personas frente al mal que le hace el plástico al mundo. Me hubiera gustado que nos informaran sobre el acceso, ya que la lancha por desconocimiento, nos dejó a 400m aprox del hotel y después nos dimos cuenta que se puede llegar directamente en lancha con cuidado.
