The apartment is approximately 600 meters from the metro station, offering easy access to the city center. It has a covered parking garage, which is a plus for car owners. Additionally, a kettle and coffee maker (4-5 capsules) are available and easily replaceable. The kitchen and its equipment are in very good condition.
Coffee Tables' legs were not proper. They must be fixed. The bar stools didn't have stable tops. There was a risk of falling when you sat on them. There wasn't wardrobe to put your clothes. There was a strong odor at the building entrance. I think it's because it hasn't been ventilated at all.

Logement fidèle aux photos, fonctionnel, propre et très bien aménagé.
Il manquait des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et une place de parking comprise aurait été un gros +, bien qu’on ait trouvé à se garer aux alentours facilement.

Très bon emplacement proche bus et métro,immeuble calme et sécurisé,rue peu passagère. Explications et vidéo très appréciables pour récupération des clés.Appartement très agréable.
