Lelis Studios

The facility was very clean. Location is good.

Check-in is at 15:00 but check-out is at 10:30 which was a bit difficult for us, for we arrived at noon but our return ferry was in the evening. These hours may be rescheduled in a more customer friendly way. When we asked for help Ms. Penelope made the rooms ready one hour earlier. The studios are on top of a small steep road. It was a bit difficult to climb with the luggage. There is no free car park nearby. The nearest car park belongs to Super Market Hera. We used it and paid 15 Euro for parking everyday. Lastly; the rooms are not cleaned during the stay (which is understandable) as “Lelis Studios” is not a hotel. Towels etc. are not changed, which is not a problem for a short stay. But we had to take the garbage out which was quite inconvenient. We could not find a garbage bin on the small streets. There are garbage bins generally on the main road. So in my opinion, at least the garbage can be taken out by a cleaner.

Location is perfect, new, clean and spacefull rooms. Perfect host, she was attentive and accommodating.

The apartment is in a great location and is easy to get to and from the harbour, where many of the bars and restaurants are located. We stayed on the top floor, which had a side balcony overlooking the harbour. It was lovely to sit out there in the evening before going for dinner and enjoy the beautiful views.

This isn't really a criticism, but during a week's stay you only receive one cleaning service. If you would like additional cleans, they are available for €25 each. Personally, I would have preferred one extra clean to be included. The apartment is the perfect size for having breakfast, but I probably wouldn't cook a full meal there. If you prefer eating in rather than dining out, you may want to look for somewhere with a larger kitchen and living space.
