Las instalaciones del apartamento están muy bien, pero él trato del personal fue pésimo

El trato del personal fue terrible, la dependienta (la señora Egle, así se presentó) al ver que éramos una familia de raza negra (papá, mamá y dos niños (de 15 y 6 años) tuvo un comportamiento horriblemente despectivo, tanto así que nosotros lo tomamos como racismo. Ni siquiera nos prestó atención cuando le quisimos mostrar un desperfecto en el cerrojo de la puerta del baño. Por supuesto que ese comportamiento racista lo vamos a denunciar, pues eso nunca lo permitiremos.
