The résidence is in the center of village. Very conveniently my located- close to all shops, restaurants, etc. The view from balcony is on the slopes & very beautiful.
The apartment was refurbished to give it a bit more modern look. The host is very responsive and helpful!
1. The résidence is very old & desperately needs renovation. The entrance, elevator & common areas are in bad conditions.
2. The flat was refurbished but kept old sanitary facilities & the bathroom had always a smell of canalisation (this happens quite often in old buildings- so again the whole résidence needs renovation works)
3. The sofa bed, esp if used by two people, is a disaster. Matress is not comfortable at all. It was almost impossible to sleep on it.
