Downtown Dubai 3BR Burj Royale

The location is excellent and the view is stunning. The building is secure, quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with good utensils and everything we needed was available.

A hair dryer should be provided. There should be a mirror in the bedrooms. The apartment needs some accessories to make the experience complete. The living room was missing a coffee table. One of the bathrooms needs a shower curtain to prevent water from going onto the floor while showering. There was also a two-hour delay in handing over the apartment — we received it at 5 PM instead of 3 PM, as cleaning only started at 4 PM. However, at check-out we were not allowed foe extra late check-out, which was inconvenient.

Nothing,Everything was perfect

The location and view was incredible we were really happy that Burj Khalifa was visible this much and clear and really close, it’s also close to dubai mall.

The only issue is that they didn’t specify about the cleaning services other than that it was perfectly fine.
