L'appartamento è situato al quartiere latino (V arrondissement) e la strada in cui si trova fa angolo con rue Monge, a due passi da place Monge dove la domenica mattina si tiene un caratteristico mercatino alimentare. La zona è ben servita da supermarket e boulangerie e ci sono ben due stazioni della metro nelle vicinanze. Gli interni sono ben arredati e molto puliti. Troverete dotazioni di base (asciugamani e prodotti per la doccia) e una cucina fornita oltre che di stoviglie di macchina del caffè, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Consiglio ai gestori di aggiungere magari qualche capsula per il caffè e qualche prodotto per la pulizia della cucina.
Un punto a sfavore può essere l'ubicazione all'interno del palazzo: in pratica si trova al piano terra e vi si accede uscendo nel cortile posteriore. Questo però lo rende anche molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Consigliato per viaggi di coppia o famiglia ma meno per chi viaggia con amici perché lo spazio del bagno con lavabo e doccia (molto spaziosa) è in camera (l'intero appartamento è un open space con un tramezzo finestrato tra cucina e camera.
